AREGUI
Agreement of Relationship and Extension of University Gastronomic Studies.
The AREGUI was founded in 1996 on the initiative of AREGALA to create the Gastronomical race of Arts and Sciences at a level superior of studies.
The meeting for its foundation was realised on the initiative of AREGALA in Costa Rica with the participation of four Universities:

After years of fortification by means of courses of skillful classes with the participation of chefs of 20 countries in courses of 23 classes dictated in different capitals from the American Continent.
Today it has been begun with a program of interaction between the Universities. This program consists of interchanges of professors and students and a specialized program of distance courses.
The AREGUI extend international certifications guaranteed by the different Universities and Institutions. International Culinary Arts Degree.
In addition AREGUI organize culinary competitions between the different institutions.
The program includes a book of Latin American recipes, printed with the participation of the Universities of Latin American Countries.
